Dab your face with the sheet. Do not rub (rubbing will cause makeup to come off).
1. With the sheet folded, use the dry light blue side to blot oil.
2. Unfold the sheet, and use the wet side.
If you first unfold the sheet and touch the wet side, it may reduce the effect.
